We guide the process, but your input is important at key stages. Typically, this means sharing feedback and making decisions at agreed points, without it becoming time-consuming or disruptive.

Partnership support provides a monthly allocation of design time. Requests are submitted as needed and worked through in priority order, with one active task at a time to maintain focus and quality.

How quickly are requests completed?
Turnaround depends on complexity and current workload. Smaller tasks move quickly, and larger pieces are broken into clear stages. We always communicate progress clearly.
What the partnership is not
Partnership support is not unlimited work, instant turnaround or junior-only delivery. It is a managed, senior-level design partnership built on trust and continuity.
When is a sprint not the right fit?
If work is ongoing, undefined, or constantly changing, a sprint may not be the best approach. In those cases, partnership support is often a better fit.
What happens when the sprint ends?
At the end of a sprint, work is delivered, documented and handed over. Some clients choose to move into a partnership for ongoing support, others pause until the next project.
How does feedback work during a sprint?
Feedback is built into the process. We share work at key points and refine based on agreed feedback, keeping decisions focused and constructive.
How long does a design sprint last?
Sprints are time-bound, with duration agreed upfront based on the scope of work. We focus on progress and outcomes rather than arbitrary timelines.
What is included in a design sprint?
Each sprint includes discovery, design and refinement aligned to an agreed scope. The exact outputs depend on the project, but everything is defined clearly before work begins.
