Simpl were proud to partner with TechLabs Expo to craft a bold new brand identity and a future-facing website for their national technology showcase. From brand strategy to digital design and development, we worked closely with the TechLabs team to create a visual language and user experience that reflects their mission: "To connect innovators, educators, and industry leaders, sparking curiosity and inspiring the next generation of tech talent across Ireland."

The creation of the TechLabs brand centred around crafting a bold, contemporary identity that could evolve alongside Ireland’s growing technology scene.

With a focus on inclusivity, innovation, and clarity, the design system was built to resonate with both industry professionals and the next generation of tech talent.

The logo, anchored by a stylised “T” mark within a vibrant, electric green square, was developed to symbolise connection, power, and digital fluency. Paired with a sharp, modern wordmark and adaptable colour-coded sub-brand system, the TechLabs identity confidently positions the expo as a dynamic, future-facing platform for all things tech, from gaming and mobility to health, AI, and education.

Built to support the scale and ambition of Ireland’s leading community tech expo, the site delivers a high-impact, user-first design that’s bold, intuitive, and built for discovery. Through a clean layout, dynamic use of the brand palette, and seamless navigation across event tracks and exhibitor content, the platform empowers TechLabs to connect with diverse audiences, from industry leaders to curious newcomers, while showcasing the innovation, energy, and accessibility at the heart of the TechLabs mission.
